Michael Stein

Michael B. Stein focuses on creditors' rights, litigation, and debt collection. His 20+ years' of legal experience had given him a nuanced approach that balances patience, diplomacy, and resolve. He assists clients in pursuing and collecting outstanding debt through means of structured payment agreements, pre-litigation negotiations, filing, and prosecution of lawsuits, defending against counterclaims, and assisting clients with post-judgment collections and remedies such as property repossession, foreclosure, and eviction. Michael also counsels clients on best practices in debt collection, including FDCPA compliance and other borrower protection acts.
