Lanée Borsman
Title Curative
Lanée practices in the areas of foreclosure, litigation, and title curative. She discovered her passion for law through title examination work and still enjoys tackling the puzzle-like challenges associated with title issues.
Throughout the year, Lanée participates in speaking engagements and mortgage servicing seminars across the country. She does onsite client visits, conducts continuing legal education training for paralegals, and speaks at recovery related events (AA and PALS) and high schools (FBLA). She has been named Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the North Carolina State Bar's Lawyers Assistance Program (LAP) and was honored in 2014 with the Chief Justice Service Award by the LAP.
Lanée is a frequent volunteer for Operation InAsMuch, feeding breakfast and offering an inspirational message to the less fortunate in Cumberland County.
