Joel Giddens

Joel W. Giddens received his education from Rhodes College (B.A., 1986) and the University of Memphis (M.A., 1991; J.D., 1994) and was admitted to practice in Tennessee in 1994, in Mississippi in 2017, and in Arkansas in 2018. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Arkansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi and is admitted to practice before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Giddens is a member of the Memphis Bar Association, serving as past chair of the Bankruptcy Section, and is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Mississippi Bar. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association's Bankruptcy Executive Council, and prior chair of the counsel. Mr. Giddens is a past member of the United States Foreclosure Network Bankruptcy Committee and has served on USFN and other panels and authored articles appearing in the USFN Report and other publications. His primary area of practice is bankruptcy law.
