Jim DeLoach received his undergraduate degree from Baylor University (BBA, Economics) and his law degree from Baylor Law School (JD). He is licensed to practice law in Mississippi and Texas. He has over 30 years experience in real estate and creditors rights law, and has practiced in all aspects of mortgage banking from origination to eviction.
