Heather Martin-Herron

Heather Martin-Herron is a native of Little Rock, Arkansas, and received her education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (A.A. 2004; B.A. 2006). She received her law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law (J.D. 2011, Honors). Heather was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 2011, the Tennessee Bar in 2013, and the Mississippi Bar in 2019. She is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and the Mississippi Bar Association. Heather was appointed to the Board of Directors for Central Arkansas Rescue Effort (C.A.R.E.) for Animals in 2019, elected as Secretary in 2020. She was elected as President of C.A.R.E.'s Board of Directors in 2021 and continues to serve as their President.
